Amrize agrees to buy Rapid Redi-Mix in Dallas-Fort Worth market

Amrize entered an agreement to acquire Rapid Redi-Mix, a concrete producer serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
Rapid Redi-Mix operates modern batch plants and a mixer fleet, linking with Amrize’s regional aggregates operations and cement network.
The deal expands Amrize’s Texas footprint, following its Midlothian cement plant expansion and the earlier acquisition of PB Materials.
Rapid Redi-Mix will add about 100 employees to Amrize upon completion.
