Amrize names Sam Poletti CFO, replacing Baris Oran

Dillon Cumming was named vice president of investor relations, starting Sept. 8.
Cumming previously led Industrials analysis at Walleye Capital, following equity research roles at Morgan Stanley covering building materials.
Poletti named chief financial officer
Amrize appointed Samuel J. Poletti as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 24, replacing Baris Oran, who is stepping down.
Poletti has served as chief strategy and M&A officer since the June 2025 NYSE listing, leading the company’s spin-off.
He previously spent more than 20 years at Holcim in M&A, finance and strategy, overseeing acquisitions in building envelope and building materials.
