- Nielsen becomes principal accounting officer, replacing Richard Hoffman in that role.
- He has led external reporting since the June 2025 spin-off from Holcim.
- Earlier roles include head of external reporting for Holcim’s North American business, SEC reporting and technical accounting posts at Deere.
