Aug. 24 (Reuters) - Building materials supplier Amrize said on Monday it had named insider Samuel Poletti as its new chief financial officer, following Baris Oran's departure after being in the role for less than five months due to personal reasons.
Poletti has served as Amrize's chief strategy and M&A officer since the company's listing on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2025 and led its spin-off from Swiss cement maker Holcim, the company said.
