AMTD Digital Unifies Five AMTD-Branded Hotels Under Global Hospitality Platform
HKD•AMTD Digital’s subsidiary now operates five AMTD-branded hotels in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Kuala Lumpur and New York under a planned restructuring into AMTD Hotels Group. The network will integrate entertainment elements and a loyalty program to drive global guest engagement and strengthen brand equity.
1. Portfolio Expansion
AMTD Digital’s Generation Essentials subsidiary has launched AMTD-branded properties in five key markets: iclub AMTD Sheung Wan Hotel in Hong Kong SAR; Dao by Dorsett AMTD Hotel in Singapore; AMTD Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Hotel in London; AMTD IDEA KL Hotel in Kuala Lumpur; and AMTD IDEA Tribeca Hotel in New York.
2. Ownership Restructuring
All five properties will be consolidated under a new AMTD Hotels Group entity, creating a unified global hospitality platform to streamline operations, governance and capital allocation across regions.
3. Brand Differentiation and Loyalty
The hotels will leverage AMTD’s media, fashion and entertainment ecosystem to deliver immersive guest experiences, while a centralized loyalty program aims to boost repeat stays and cross-sell across AMTD’s broader digital services.
4. Growth Outlook
