Anavex Life Sciences held annual stockholders meeting
AVXL•Anavex held its 2026 annual stockholders meeting on Sept. 24, where stockholders backed six directors and committee memberships remained unchanged pending the final vote count.
1. Board slate approved
Stockholders backed the board slate, seating Jiong Ma, Peter Donhauser, Axel Paeger, Gautam Patel, Adrian Senderowicz and Claus van der Velden. Board committee memberships were unchanged at the meeting, and the board plans to refresh assignments following the final vote count.
