Andersen Group expands with Mexico and U.S. consulting acquisitions
Andersen Group agreed to acquire Andersen Mexico, a tax and legal firm, alongside five US-based Andersen Consulting firms.
The six deals are expected to add about $34.5 million in annualized revenue.
Total annualized revenue from acquisitions announced since the first-quarter update would rise to about $67 million.
