Andretti Acquisition Corp. II amended its governing documents to extend the deadline to complete a business combination to Sept. 9, 2027 from Sept. 9, 2026.

The change was adopted at a Sept. 8, 2026 extraordinary general meeting.

The board can set an earlier end date for the extended period.
