Anglo American appoints Anne Wade as senior independent director
Anglo American appointed Anne Wade senior independent director effective October 22, 2026, replacing Ian Tyler. Wade also joined the Nomination Committee.
1. Board appointment
Wade joined Anglo American’s board in January 2025 as an independent non-executive director, after an asset-management career largely with Capital Group. The leadership change followed Tyler’s review of his existing board commitments.
