AngloGold Ashanti appoints Paul Graves as independent non-executive director
AU•AngloGold Ashanti named Paul Graves an independent non-executive director, effective Oct. 1, 2026. He will join the Audit and Risk Committee and the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee.
1. Board appointment
Graves previously led Rio Tinto Lithium as CEO after Rio Tinto’s acquisition of Arcadium Lithium. He earlier served as CEO of Livent and CFO of FMC, and spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs as a partner.
