CAPE TOWN, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Angola's National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG), ExxonMobil XOM.N and the partners in offshore Block 15 have announced a new discovery in the block, according to a statement released on Wednesday.
