Positive six-month Phase 4 data for ILUVIEN
ANI Pharmaceuticals reported positive six-month topline Phase 4 SYNCHRONICITY data for ILUVIEN in chronic non-infectious posterior segment uveitis.
- The trial met both co-primary endpoints at month 6: BCVA improved 3.6 ETDRS letters (p≤0.0077); CST fell 157.5 microns (p<0.0001).
- In the safety population, 29% had treatment-related adverse events; the most common were ocular hypertension 6% and cataract 5%.
- IOP rose to ≥25 mmHg in 18% of patients; 7% required laser or surgical IOP-lowering intervention.
