LOI outlines Sweden and Norway distribution agreement
Anora signed a non-binding letter of intent with Bacardi for a strategic distribution agreement in Sweden and Norway.
Anora would become exclusive distributor for Bacardi’s portfolio across all channels, excluding ready-to-drink beverages in Norway.
The proposed term would run until at least the end of Q1 2031, with a start targeted for Q4 2026, subject to final terms.
