Anterix outlined its strategy to lease licensed 900 MHz spectrum for private LTE broadband networks used by US utilities.
Its portfolio includes about 10 MHz of low-band spectrum across 896-901/935-940 MHz, covering 331 million people, or about 3 billion MHz-pops.
A presentation cited 12 contracts signed from Dec. 2020 through Apr. 2026, totaling about $413 million in contracted proceeds.
The investor deck also highlighted a $250 million active share repurchase plan, funded with about $116 million in cash as of 6/30/2026.
Contracted proceeds due total about $33 million through FY2029, alongside about $193 million in federal NOLs as of 3/31/2026.
