ANZ reports higher quarterly profit and stronger capital
ANZ posted unaudited statutory profit of AUD 1.95 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026; cash profit totaled AUD 1.90 billion.
Cash profit rose 1% versus the 1H26 quarterly average; results included a NZD 125 million pre-tax expense provision tied to a New Zealand class action ruling.
