Aon appointed Darren Van't Hof as Head of Tax Credit Financing in its Transaction Solutions unit, effective Aug. 17, 2026.
He will join the North America tax insurance practice, focusing on tax credit insurance tied to tax equity investments and renewable energy tax credit transfers.
Van't Hof most recently served as interim president and CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association.
He previously founded and led U.S. Bancorp’s Impact Finance business, building a renewable energy tax credit investment platform.
