Aon appointed Leonora Siccardi global chief execution officer for Risk Capital and Human Capital, effective immediately.

1. New leadership role

Siccardi will report to Joe Peiser, CEO of Risk Capital, and Byron Beebe, CEO of Human Capital. She will retain her roles as chief claims officer for Reinsurance Solutions and global head of client solutions, Risk Capital, and has more than 20 years of insurance and reinsurance leadership experience, mostly at Aon.
