Aon names Denise Perlman reinsurance middle market segment leader
AON•Aon named Denise Perlman executive managing director and middle market segment leader for reinsurance, adding the role to her Integration Management Office position.
1. New reinsurance role
Perlman’s mandate targets middle market growth across risk capital, with a focus on insurer distribution strategies, differentiation, client engagement and thought leadership. She previously served as Aon’s CEO of Middle Market for North America.
2. Previous experience
Before joining Aon in 2025, Perlman was president of National Business Insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency. She began her career at Markel in 2002.
