Aon’s total revenue rose 6% to $5.03 billion in Q1 2026, underpinned by 5% organic growth and a 4% favorable currency impact. Operating income increased 17% to $1.72 billion, EPS jumped 27% to $5.63, adjusted EPS reached $6.48 and free cash flow surged 332% to $363 million.
2. Capital Returns and Dividend Increase
Robust cash flow enabled the company to return $662 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases during the quarter. Aon also boosted its quarterly dividend by 10%, marking the sixth straight year of double-digit annual increases.
3. 2026 Guidance Reaffirmed
Management reaffirmed full-year 2026 objectives, including mid-single-digit or greater organic revenue growth, 70–80 basis points of adjusted operating margin expansion, strong adjusted EPS growth and double-digit free cash flow growth.
