- The package includes 100% of Apitox rights for Korean medicine clinics in South Korea.
- It also transfers a 25% royalty entitlement tied to U.S. commercialization proceeds.
- The deal adds a 25% participation right in net proceeds from overseas rights agreements.
- The transaction excludes underlying Apitox intellectual property ownership or broader global rights not held by FreeT.
