Apimeds unit MindWave Innovations signs two-year deal with BlockAssure
APUS•Apimeds Pharmaceuticals’ unit MindWave Innovations signed a two-year agreement with BlockAssure to build and operate the AssureChain insurance network. MindWave will receive quarterly development fees, operating and maintenance fees to be set at launch, and 20% of the AssureCoin supply.
1. Agreement details
MindWave Innovations will design, audit, deploy and operate AssureChain as a dedicated subnet of MindChain, with records anchored to Ethereum. The agreement took effect Oct. 4, 2026, and renews automatically for one year unless either party gives 90 days’ notice. MindWave’s 20% share of AssureCoin supply has anti-dilution protection during the agreement and for two years afterward.
