Apogee Acquisition restates Q2 financial statements to correct reporting errors
AACP•Apogee Acquisition will restate its financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, after its audit committee determined on October 14 that the statements should no longer be relied upon. The amended Form 10-Q is scheduled to be filed October 16, replacing the report filed August 20.
