Q2 FY26 loss and expenses widen
Apogee Therapeutics posted a Q2 2026 net loss of $85.85 million, widening from $66.1 million a year earlier.
R&D expenses rose 20.82% to $67.3 million, while G&A costs climbed 39.38% to $24.34 million, both versus Q2 2025.
AbbVie acquisition and pipeline update
The June 2026 deal calls for AbbVie to buy Apogee for $135.11 per share in cash, valuing equity at about $10.9 billion; closing is expected in Q3 2026.
Phase 2 APEX Part B met endpoints; 65.9% on mid-dose zumilokibart achieved EASI-75 at Week 16, supporting a planned Phase 3 start this year.
