AppFolio introduced an agent-to-agent connector between its Realm-X AI suite and Anthropic’s Claude, enabling property managers to trigger and execute complex operational tasks directly within the Performance Platform. The integration leverages Realm-X’s deep understanding of property management workflows and existing platform guardrails for secure automated actions.

The connector supports AI-driven portfolio reporting, occupancy and maintenance analysis, leasing updates, financial reconciliation, and resident satisfaction improvements. Each action inherits native domain logic, accounting rules, and compliance controls to ensure tasks align with customer workflows and governance policies.
3. Availability and Industry Debut
The Realm-X–Claude connector will debut at the National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize conference from June 17 to 19. Attendees will have the first opportunity to see live demonstrations and explore deployment options for their property management operations.
