AppFolio Q3 revenue slightly beats estimates on strong customer adoption

AppFolio reported third-quarter revenue of $295.69 million, compared with analyst estimates of $294.41 million. Adjusted EPS was $1.82, above the $1.79 estimate; net income was $45.98 million and EPS was $1.29.
2. Raised 2026 outlook
The company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $1.122 billion-$1.127 billion and expects a non-GAAP operating margin of 26.5%-27.5%. It expects diluted weighted average shares outstanding of about 36 million.
3. Customer adoption
AppFolio said new and existing customers continued to adopt its performance platform. Total units under management increased 8% year over year to 9.8 million.
