Applied Digital FY26 Q4 net loss widens to $110.6 million; revenue jumps to $258.7 million vs year-ago quarter

Applied Digital posted fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $258.7 million, up 407% from a year earlier.
Net loss attributable to common stockholders widened to $110.6 million, or $0.39 per share.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA swung to $42.4 million from $1 million; non-GAAP adjusted net income turned positive at $12.9 million.
Hosting revenue and long-term leases
HPC Hosting revenue reached $203 million, including $44.1 million of base rent. Data Center Hosting revenue was $37.3 million.
Applied Digital said it signed three 15-year take-or-pay leases with a high investment-grade hyperscaler for 810 MW, totaling about $20 billion in base-term contracted revenue.
