Applied Digital FY27 Q1 net loss attributable to common stockholders widens to $221 million; revenue rises to $341.9 million
APLD•Applied Digital reported fiscal first-quarter revenue of $341.9 million and a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $221 million, or $0.76 per share. It closed $1.59 billion of 7.000% senior secured notes due 2031 and delivered a second 75 MW phase at Polaris Forge 1, bringing live capacity to 250 MW.

For the fiscal first quarter ended Aug. 31, 2026, Applied Digital reported revenue of $341.9 million and a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $221 million, or $0.76 per basic and diluted share. Services revenue rose 225% to $262.8 million, while data center rental and other revenue was $79.1 million. Selling, general and administrative expenses climbed 289% to $114.7 million, and interest expense rose to $77.4 million.
2. Financing and capacity
The company closed $1.59 billion of 7.000% senior secured notes due 2031. It also delivered the second 75 MW phase at Polaris Forge 1, lifting live capacity to 250 MW.
