Applied Energetics delays 2026 annual shareholder meeting to Dec. 15
AERG•Applied Energetics scheduled its 2026 annual shareholder meeting for Dec. 15, more than 30 days after the prior meeting’s anniversary. Three board seats will be up for election.
1. Meeting and deadlines
Shareholders holding common stock on the Oct. 19 record date may vote. Proposals for inclusion in proxy materials must be received by Oct. 28, and notices from investors soliciting proxies for alternative director nominees are due by Nov. 2.
