Expenses and operational updates
General and administrative expenses rose 21.05% to $3.42 million, driven by higher headcount costs, stock-based compensation and recruiting.
Research and development spending more than doubled to $699,234 on higher labor, materials and specialized components for prototypes and USP programs.
Field tests continued; one outing disabled a drone sensor at a range meeting prospective customer specifications, with integration work ongoing on Kord Firefly.
