AppTech Payments said it released Thomas J. DeRosa as president and CEO, effective immediately on July 1, 2026. DeRosa will remain on the company's board.
CFO Felipe Corrado named interim chief executive
The company appointed Felipe A. Corrado IV as interim CEO on July 1, 2026, while he continues to serve as chief financial officer until a permanent replacement is named. Corrado has been AppTech's CFO and treasurer since December 2024 and had worked as a management consultant at the company since 2021.
