• Investors authorized issuing more than 20% of outstanding common stock tied to warrant reload and private placement transactions.
• Holders adopted the Fifth Amended and Restated 2018 Stock Incentive Plan.
• Shareholders also authorized adjourning the special meeting to a later date if needed.
