Araceli Biosciences partners with Ginkgo Bioworks to add Endeavor high-content imaging to Nebula autonomous lab
DNA•Ginkgo Bioworks and Araceli Biosciences will integrate Araceli’s Endeavor high-content imaging system into Ginkgo’s Nebula autonomous lab. The system scans a 1,536-well plate in under four minutes, while software flags failed wells during acquisition.
1. Imaging system integration
The collaboration will add Endeavor to Nebula’s modular RAC automation carts, enabling continuous, parallel operation alongside existing experiments. The partners aim to use high-throughput cellular imaging and real-time analysis to expand curated datasets for training and validating AI drug-discovery models.
