Aramark expands board and adds Antony F. Spring

Aramark expanded its board to 12 directors on Aug. 4, 2026.

Antony F. Spring, 61, joined the board as a director.

Spring is chairman and CEO of Macy’s since 2024. He previously served as Macy’s president in 2023-2024. Earlier roles include Macy’s executive vice president in 2021-2023.
