Aramark Brings 9-9-9 Challenge to Eight MLB Parks with New Collectibles
Aramark is debuting its expanded 9-9-9 Challenge at eight MLB stadiums, featuring nine mini hot dogs and nine flight-sized beers over nine innings with custom team-colored packaging. The company is also rolling out new collectible souvenir cups and souvenir bats, plus bespoke concessions concepts, ahead of the 2026 All-Star Game.
1. Expanded 9-9-9 Challenge
Aramark is rolling out its signature 9-9-9 Challenge at eight MLB stadiums, inviting fans 21+ to sample nine mini hot dogs and nine flight-sized beers over nine innings in custom team-colored packaging. Competitive eater Joey Chestnut returned to spotlight the challenge’s viral appeal, expanding from Citizens Bank Park to Citi Field, Coors Field and others.
2. Collectible Souvenirs Rollout
The company introduced four new collectible souvenir vessels—the Beer Bat, Cooler Cup, Fast Ball Souvenir Cup and 98-ounce Popcorn Bat—across Citi Field, Citizens Bank Park, Coors Field, Kauffman Stadium, Oracle Park, PNC Park and Fenway Park, aiming to drive per-capita spending.
3. Stadium-Specific Menu Innovations
Citi Field’s menu now features Aramark’s proprietary Spun cotton candy brand, Adam Richman’s multi-patty Burger Hall of Fame items and specialty waffles, while Citizens Bank Park is rolling out player-inspired burgers with charitable proceeds ahead of the All-Star Game.
4. All-Star Game Preparation
These enhancements coincide with preparations for the 2026 MLB All-Star Game at Citizens Bank Park on July 15, positioning Aramark to capture elevated fan engagement and ancillary revenue during the league’s marquee event.
