Aramark hits record high after raising annual revenue forecast
ARMK•Quarterly results beat estimates
Aramark reported third-quarter revenue of $5.06 billion, beating analysts' estimate of $4.94 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG.
It also posted quarterly adjusted profit of 52 cents per share, topping expectations of 49 cents per share.
Stock has climbed sharply this year
As of the previous close, ARMK was up about 51% year to date.
Shares hit record after guidance increase
Shares of U.S. food service and facilities provider Aramark (ARMK.N) rose as much as 8.7% to a record high of $60.58 in early trading.
If gains hold, the stock is on track for its best day since May 2025.
Forecast lifted on strong growth and hyperscaler operations
The company raised its annual organic revenue growth forecast, betting on strong growth across its businesses and contributions from operations with a top global hyperscaler as it expands its premium hospitality services business.
Aramark now expects full-year organic revenue growth in the range of 9%-10%, up from 7%-9% previously.
