1. Q1 Fiscal 2026 Revenue Performance

Aramark reported $4.832 billion in Q1 revenue, a 6% year-over-year increase driven by a 5% rise in organic revenue. Excluding a calendar shift that reduced revenue by an estimated 3%, organic growth would have been approximately 8%, powered by base business expansion and net new business wins across U.S. and international segments.

2. Profitability and EPS Results

Operating income was $218 million, essentially flat versus last year, while adjusted operating income (AOI) increased 1% to $263 million on a constant-currency basis. GAAP EPS declined 8% to $0.36, and adjusted EPS remained at $0.51, reflecting the calendar shift’s headwind on both revenue and profitability.

3. Capital Allocation and Financial Actions

During the quarter, Aramark repurchased $30 million of its common stock under its buyback program and repriced $2.4 billion of 2030 term loans 25 basis points lower. These initiatives are expected to reduce future interest expense and reflect ongoing focus on disciplined capital allocation.
