ARBB•ARB IOT Group appointed Alfred Tan Choong Hau CEO, chairman and director, effective October 23, 2026, replacing Liew Kok Leong, who resigned from all three roles that day.

ARB IOT Group appointed Alfred Tan Choong Hau CEO, chairman and director, effective October 23, 2026. He replaces Liew Kok Leong, whose resignation was not related to any disagreement over operations, policies or practices. Tan has led Cambodia’s TATAN Group since March 2006 and has more than 25 years of leadership, technology commercialization and international business experience.
