Arbe Robotics announces annual shareholder meeting

Arbe Robotics scheduled its annual general meeting of shareholders to be held virtually on Sept. 2, 2026.

Shareholders are set to vote on re-electing Class II directors Prof. Yonina Eldar and Dr. Boaz Schwartz.

They will also consider CEO Ram Machness' employment terms, President Kobi Marenko's terms, and equity awards for executives and non-executive directors.

Other items on the agenda include re-appointing KPMG member firm Somekh Chaikin as independent auditor and adopting an amended compensation policy.

The agenda also includes a reverse share split, with the ratio set by the board to target an approximately USD 3 share price.
