Arbe Robotics cuts warrant exercise prices to $1.10 and $1.00
ARBE•Arbe Robotics amended all outstanding Tranche A and Tranche B warrants, cutting their exercise prices to $1.10 and $1.00, respectively. Each tranche covers 8,131,866 ordinary shares, with termination dates extended to November 4, 2030, for Tranche A and November 4, 2029, for Tranche B.
1. Warrant amendments
Arbe Robotics entered into agreements amending all outstanding Tranche A and Tranche B ordinary share purchase warrants. The exercise prices were reduced to $1.10 for Tranche A and $1.00 for Tranche B; each tranche covers 8,131,866 ordinary shares. Their termination dates were extended to November 4, 2030, and November 4, 2029, respectively. The warrants were originally issued on November 4, 2024.
