Arbe Robotics prices $15 million registered direct offering at $0.60 per share
ARBE•Arbe Robotics priced a $15 million offering of ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants, including 833,334 shares at $0.60 each and warrants for 24,166,666 shares at $0.5999 each. Closing is expected on or about Sept. 28, 2026.
1. Offering details
The offering also includes pre-funded warrants that are immediately exercisable at $0.0001 per share. Arbe expects to use net proceeds for working capital, scaling operations, defense expansion, counter-drone efforts and potential M&A.
