ARC Resources says Shell closes CAD 22 billion acquisition
SHEL•Shell completes acquisition of ARC Resources
Shell completed its acquisition of ARC Resources in a cash-and-share deal valued at about CAD 22 billion, including assumed net debt.
ARC shareholders will receive CAD 8.2 in cash and 0.4 of a Shell ordinary share for each ARC share.
The ARC shares are expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange two trading days after closing.
