Arcadia Biosciences announces annual shareholder meeting

Shareholders will vote to re-elect Gregory D. Waller as a Class II director.

Items include approval of potential common-stock issuance tied to Series A-1 Preferred Investment Options from the June 12, 2026 private placement.

Votes are also scheduled on the 2026 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, a reverse stock split of 1-for-2 to 1-for-10, executive pay, auditor ratification, and adjournment authority.
