ArcelorMittal South Africa said talks with ArcelorMittal Group and the IDC are at an advanced stage to finalise a potential transaction.
The company extended its cautionary stance, advising shareholders to keep exercising caution when trading its securities.
It said further updates will follow as talks progress, citing the latest prior cautionary update on July 16, 2026.
