Arcosa says MSHA issues order at New Jersey quarry after highwall material falls during drilling
ACA•MSHA order issued and later terminated at New Jersey quarry
Arcosa said the Mine Safety and Health Administration issued a Section 107(a) order on July 14, 2026, at its Stavola Bound Brook Quarry in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
The order followed a highwall material fall during drilling, prompting withdrawal of a track drill for a highwall integrity review. MSHA terminated the order shortly after inspection and consultation; the drill was relocated and normal operations resumed.
No injuries were reported.
