Arcturus reports interim Phase 2 data for ARCT-810 in OTC deficiency trial

Arcturus reported interim Phase 2 results for ARCT-810 in ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency, describing the drug as generally safe and well tolerated. Participants showed improvement in key disease markers, with effects sustained during periods of higher protein intake.

The group introduced LUNAR 2.0, a next-generation mRNA delivery platform positioned to support lower or less frequent dosing in future programs. Dosing of next-generation candidate ARCT-2601 is planned near year-end in patients aged 12 and older within an amended Phase 2 protocol.
