Arcturus Therapeutics Q3 net loss narrows, revenue rises
ARCT•Arcturus Therapeutics reported Q3 collaboration revenue of $16.85 million and a net loss of $7.41 million. Revenue rose mainly because of a $12 million CSL Seqirus termination payment and deferred revenue recognition, while lower research and development spending helped narrow the loss.
1. Q3 results
Arcturus Therapeutics' Q3 net loss narrowed to $7.41 million, or $0.26 per basic share, as research and development expenses fell with reduced clinical and manufacturing activities. Collaboration revenue was $16.85 million, mainly reflecting a $12 million payment and deferred revenue recognition following the termination of its CSL Seqirus collaboration.
2. Pipeline plans
The company completed its myNEO acquisition and expanded its pipeline to include programs for PKU and gout. It expects ARCT-032 Phase 2 enrollment to finish by the end of 2026, with data in Q2 2027; plans to begin ARCT-2601 Phase 2 dosing in Q1 2027, with top-line data in the second half of 2027; and intends to submit an IND for its PKU therapy in the second half of 2027.
