Arcus will sponsor and run the trial, and each company retains development and commercial rights to its own drug.
Clinical supply agreement for kidney cancer study
Arcus Biosciences said it signed a clinical supply agreement with AVEO Oncology to test casdatifan with AVEO’s kidney cancer drug tivozanib.
The combination will be evaluated in a new randomized ARC-20 cohort in advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma previously treated with a HIF-2α inhibitor.
