Arcus Biosciences, Summit Therapeutics team up to test casdatifan-ivonescimab combo in kidney cancer

Each party will keep development and commercial rights to its own drug, and initial data is expected by mid-2027.
Clinical trial collaboration in kidney cancer
Arcus Biosciences and Summit Therapeutics have entered a clinical trial collaboration to test ivonescimab with Arcus’s casdatifan in clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
The combination will be added as a new cohort in Arcus’s ARC-20 metastatic kidney cancer platform study.
