Arcus reports 35-month median overall survival for casdatifan in late-line kidney cancer study
RCUS•Arcus Biosciences reported median overall survival of 35 months for investigational casdatifan in a late-line kidney cancer study. The company said the results support plans for a registrational trial combining casdatifan with tivozanib.

Arcus Biosciences presented results from the ARC-20 trial in clear cell kidney cancer. Late-line casdatifan monotherapy exceeded survival benchmarks for the only approved HIF-2α inhibitor, supporting plans for a registrational trial with tivozanib.
2. Other treatment settings
In first-line treatment, casdatifan with zimberelimab delayed progression more than immunotherapy benchmarks; the Phase 3 PEAK-20 trial remains on track to start in the fourth quarter of 2026. In second-line treatment, casdatifan with cabozantinib exceeded cabozantinib monotherapy survival benchmarks, supporting the ongoing Phase 3 PEAK-1 trial. No unexpected safety signals emerged across the reported cohorts.
