Ardian takes majority stake in German healthcare recruitment platform Pflegia

Pflegia expanded into medical and dental practices in 2024 with Praxia, a platform focused on clinic staff.

The company has a proprietary database of more than 900,000 candidates, serves over 10,000 care providers, and lists about 30,000 vacancies.

Ardian will back product investment, AI innovation, international expansion across Europe, and potential bolt-on acquisitions.

Pflegia, founded in 2019 and based in Berlin, runs an AI-driven “reverse recruitment” model that matches candidates to care providers.
